Planning has been submitted on a 15,000 sqm BMW MINI showroom in Wilmslow on behalf of Halliwell Jones.
It will include a display area for 12 BMW & 5 MINI models, body shop, valet, workshop, drive-in service facility and a central atrium cafe.
An additional building separate to the main structure will be built to house a premium branded used car operation.
Work on site is expected to start during Q4 of 2018.
