Situated on the outskirts of Warwick, this new build facility sits on a four-acre site which also includes a Motorrad showroom and dedicated workshop. The project was delivered in collaboration with Opus Land and Rybrook.
The project is part of a much larger community development project which will include a hotel, community stadium, athletics track, new schools, community and neighbourhood centre, new park and more than 1,100 homes as well as extensive highway and footpath/cycling improvements.
