HAMS HALL ENGINE PLANT
This project comprised of three self-contained staff facility buildings which included welfare, office and training spaces. They were located within the main engine factory. Ranging from single to double storey they were constructed whilst the plant remained live 24/7 with no disruption to engine production.

BECO DISTRIBUTION FACILITY DORDON

UPS DISTRIBUTION HUB – DORDON
Completed in 2016 this 150,000 sqft unit was the second unit constructed for UPS on the BCBP site and serves as an intermediate hub for their specialist distribution services. The building incorporates a 12.5m clear internal height & 15,000sqft of dedicated offices. The warehouse function is served by 16 loading docks with level doors.
