Completed in 2004, this former listed hospital complex was purchased by IM Properties for conversion and extension to provide a range of services and stand alone office suites. New infrastructure and modern “boutique” offices were constructed within the existing walled garden.
A new pavilion broadcasting suite was built together with associated estate management and maintenance facilities.
