The flag ship Diabetes Centre of Excellence at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital houses several specialist clinics along with exceptional education, training and office facilities.
The 2 storey steel framed structure is externally clad with rain screen cladding and curtain walling, as well as a number of environmentally friendly features. The environmental features include ground source heat pumps and Brise Soleil helping with heat recovery and glare.
