MDG Architects has been appointed as Building Regulations Principal Designer for 18 new retail, food and leisure outlets located on the ground floor of Google’s London headquarters.
The project also includes the creation of a large, two-storey multi-franchise Market Hall, alongside a diverse mix of established brands and smaller boutique business incubator units, creating a vibrant and varied destination for visitors and the local community.
This exciting development is due for completion in November 2026 and will further enhance an already vibrant area, located adjacent to King’s Cross St Pancras and Piccadilly Station and the renowned leisure destination of the Coal Drop Yard.
