The site is located to the south-east of Brussels in the town of Overijse. The showroom is situated on a major road in Overijse, the N4 Brusselsesteenweg.
MDG were commissioned to provide concept layouts and design support for a two to three car showroom for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars based on Brand Appearance and Implementation Guidelines to suit the existing site conditions. Options for the scheme included extensions and mezzanine floor alterations to create a dedicated Rolls Royce customer lounge. Following this stage, a full brand support role was undertaken to completion.
