Completed in 2016 this 150,000 sqft unit was the second unit constructed for UPS on the BCBP site and serves as an intermediate hub for their specialist distribution services. The building incorporates a 12.5m clear internal height & 15,000sqft of dedicated offices.
The warehouse function is served by 16 loading docks with level doors.
