DARREL SMALLMAN

Darrel started his career back in 1988 and has a wealth of experience in the construction industry, covering projects throughout the UK and Europe. His project experience ranges from urban design, master planning, automotive, mixed-use, commercial, retail, residential, industrial, pharmaceutical and education. Darrel is tasked with the continued development and delivery of the Automotive portfolio. 

A member of RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and ARB (Architects Registration Board), Darrel’s key attributes in his personable approach with clients and his passion for innovative design solutions. 

Darrel owned the Practice from 2016 until February 2025 which saw a relocation into central Birmingham.
